Your utility account number consists of two segments separated by a dash. You must enter the full account number, including that dash.

When entering in your zip code, please enter the full zip code your billing statement was mailed to, including the last four digits (example, 53589-0383). Please make sure you are not using the zip code from our return mailing address.

When entering in your name, please note that it must be entered exactly as is shown on your billing statement, including any spaces or misspellings (if necessary, please contact us to correct). If more than one name is shown on your statement, enter only the name shown on the full first line.
